Hills began developing low-maintenance homes in well-designed and beautifully maintained communities in the Lexington area in 2001 with the opening and rapid sales of Wellington Chase, in the southern end of Lexington. 

The tradition continues now, with the development and selling of Citation Pointe, located on Citation Boulevard on the northern end of Lexington, with easy access to Georgetown.

 
Hills’ relatively brief time in Lexington is backed up by nearly 50 years in the homebuilding industry in the Midwest. While other builders have only recently come into this specialty, Hills has made condominiums its areas of expertise for most of its history.
