	Test GFCI outlets to ensure they're in proper working order.
	Inspect air-conditioning unit to ensure it's operating properly; have any work completed on the system before the heat of summer.
	Inspect the dryer vent for lint build-up and clean as necessary - move the dryer away from the wall, unplug it and vacuum behind it. Then unhook the tube that leads to the vent and clear as much lint from the tube as you can.
	Lubricate door hinges with silicone spray.
	Inspect caulked areas of kitchen sink, bathroom sinks and tubs and replace caulk where needed.
	Maximize closet space by rotating out-of-season clothes - like heavy coats - to the back and moving forward the warmer season's clothes.
