Hills Proudly Announces New Award
 Hills Communities was recently rewarded by Residential Warranty Company, LLC (RWC) for completing 10 full years of membership in the company’s exclusive Incentive Program. The RWC Incentive Program was established as a way to reward builders who demonstrate quality construction and superior customer service. Because of their exemplary 10-year track record, Hills Communities was presented with this unqiue award.
Membership in the RWC 10-year warranty program is granted only to those builders who demonstrate technical competence, financial stability, and professional building ethics. Over the course of the last 10 years, Hills Communities Inc. not only met each of these three criteria, but also achieved an excellent claims percentage.
Residential Warranty Company, LLC, which began providing insured warranties to new home buyers in 1981, is the largest provider of ten-year warranties in the nation.
